Kidneys have many functions. They are some of the most important organs in your body. Some of the functions of your kidneys include:

🩸Helps in the production of your red blood cells which affects your haemoglobin (blood count)
🩸Helps control your blood pressure.
🩸 Removal of waste and toxins from the body including medications
🩸 Promotes healthy bones by aiding production of Vitamin D
🩸 Controls fluid balance in the body
